I ordered a mechanical keyboard with a discount coupon. When the product is not dispatch in too many days, I discuss with the live support.
But they said the product was not available. They offered replace or pay back, and I said I did not want either option. Later, when I reconfered, I mentioned that I wanted another product of the same value, but they sent my side a $ 22 bill. I am the victim here and I am right, but they want me to pay the fee again.
I have to pay with PayPal but I can not use PayPal in my country. What a nonsense. So, I do not want to pay again.
I want to the product sent to me. I would like to send the other product's to me without requesting the price difference even though the product is not available.
