I purchased wireless switch controllers from GearBest. Purchased initial set as part of a Xmas gift in early December but essentially didn't start using them until January.
Worked great for a month so I ordered 2 more. Within another month none of hte controllers worked. I tried to follow the online recommendations for downloading an update but it took me a week to find a computer that I could run an exe file on that ran on windows 7 or 8. Once the update didn't fix the problem, I contacted customer support.
I was told I missed the warranty by a few days and I could pay to have them sent back or accept a partial refund ($5 on the 2 controllers I purchased in December but had only used for 2 months).
Who would want to purchase controllers that break with minimal use after 1-2 months? Very disappointed and will not be purchasing from this group again.
