Received a mouse that rattled inside - a crew and plastic piece had broken off in transit, the mouse still works however you cannot store the wireless USB receiver due to the damage, and as it's for a present this is no good. Despite multiple photos, tickets (which they close without resolution), the best they could manage was to offer some points (worth less than a pound!).
Repeatedly askng for the same info over and over again when it's already there, I'm sure it's just a delaying tactic to make people give up... Absolute rubbish.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with cheap prices and choice and stated that there is a room for improvement of damaged items and useless customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of wireless mouse and associated monetary loss in the amount of $8. Gearbest needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
