Please consider twice before buying from GearBest. If you decided anyway to go with them, be ready to experience some bad customer service.

For any regular refund or product/ shipping issue, they will try to offer you GB Wallet points, regular points, coupons etc... everything except regular refund back to your PayPal or credit card.

As mentioned earlier 80% of the time Livechat or the ticket service is down. In some cases response time take very long.

I am still in the process of my case with first product I ordered and most likely it will be the last one from this website. Especially when there are many other competitors with better Service then GearBest.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Gearbest. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Gearbest to issue a full refund.

If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
