Gearbest - WORST GOD DAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
NO ONE responds. I've complained a few times from the beginning.
First, no one told me there would be an "international fee" on my credit card. I wanted that refunded. THEN, after trying on the sandles, they were way too big. No size on the sandle except a tag that says "45"....
I tried complaining to Pearlfeet 2-3 times, but they just send me an email in Chinese. I can't read god damn Chinese. I wanted to exchange for the same size, but now I just think I just want a total refund. This is *** Then, I try to go to Gearbest and the fill in forms don't work, they answer and say to explain, but no window comes up to type in.
I will post this *** all over every Social Media I can find. What is a valid CS # to call you at?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
