No news from my shipment since 20/09/2018....

- Ordered a smartphone on 6/09/2018, paid 330 euros....

- very bad quality tracking...but kind of working somehow...

- then the shipment tracking stopped on the 20/09/2018.... no updates till then

- several contacts with the robot support center faking to send some claim to the shipping company... asking me to wait 7 working day to get some result from the claim. - they are supposed to have sent a claim 2 weeks ago now but still no result...

- still never been delivered today...

- I called the shipping company (DHL) to ask them where is my shipment. They told me that I have to contact the vendor... this is what I did 4 or 5 time now. - Gearbest is now saying that my "legal delivery date" is 7/11/2018 and I don't know where this come from really...? they "kindly asking me to wait this date"...

Worst online experience ever

Product or Service Mentioned: Gearbest Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $333.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
