I have placed my order 2 months back but ha ent received it yet. When tried to contact customer care the only way available was through ticket.

Raised multiple ticket and got predefined responce saying if its not delivered within 60 days then only we will consider it as lost. Now after 60 days they are saying that they will o ly refund partial amount almost 50% of what i have paid sayinv you havent bought insurence so you wont get full refund. Dont you think its delibrately done with the customer who dont buy the insuremce on shipment cz they wont shipped any thing and will charge you 50% for.nothing justaking and order. This is very pathetic.

Someone has to take diciplinary action against them. Or suggest me how legal action can be taken against them..
